Group booking

One invoice for your group

Send us the list of delegates and the billing details. The finance team checks the list and sends one invoice to your organisation, usually within two working days. Three or more delegates attending in person from one organisation get the group rate of 10% off each full or one-day pass. A list sent before registration opens on 8 December 2026 is invoiced at the early-bird rate.

Who is coming

Each delegate also needs a free account in their own name, for the badge, the programme app and the certificate. Once the invoice is paid, we email each delegate at the address given here to tell them how.

A group booking needs at least two delegates, and one list can hold up to 60.
